Cantara’s system features two separate media rooms and high end audio throughout. The AMX system controls every electronic system on the property, all with an intuitive interface that the client uses every day.

Few homes in all of Southern California boast the combination of location, architecture and privacy this home can. We’re so proud to have designed the A/V, Automation and Technology to match.

Upon entering the home, guests are immersed in an atmosphere of hi-fidelity music, comfort and carefully programmed lighting scenes.

This intimate dedicated theater features a 70” Plasma TV, and 7.1 Surround from Arcam and Triad.

Within the masterfully crafted curved cabinet hides a 55” LED TV on motorized lift and pull-out equipment rack. Surround 5.1 audio exists in the ceiling, with a decorative 2nd center speaker grille for visual symmetry.

The master bath includes 2 pair of in-ceiling speakers, with waterproof speakers installed in the shower and water closet. An AMX 5” touch panel allows control over the entire bath, the master suite, or the entire property.

Two 50” LED TV’s with independent control enhance the Billiards and Bar Room. More impressive are the hand-painted panels that imagine the home’s surrounding terrain 200 years ago.

One of two media rooms on property, this motorized Stewart screen system disappears when not in use.

Control simplicity is the hallmark of this Cantara system. A motorized arm automatically moves the 46” LED TV into place when turned ON, with presets for using the gym or the spa.

This resort style pool, beach and garden is completely covered in ultra-high end audio for this music loving client.

The North “BBQ Terrace” includes a concealed Sonance Landscape Audio System with eight 4” Speakers and a 10” underground subwoofer.
